Policies

Cancellations/Rescheduling:

Your appointment time is very important to us, and we would like to accommodate you as best we can. We understand that schedules change, illness occurs and things come up in our busy lives without advance notice. In respect to your time and ours, we do request a 48-24hr notice for cancellation/rescheduling of your appointment.

No Show Policy:

Upon the event of a no show, you will be invoiced for the entirety of your scheduled service. We understand life happens, but we ask that you please communicate with us in a timely manner to allow us to service other clients. Your retainer on your appointment is NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE in the event of a no show.

Confirmation: 

As a courtesy, we do email several days before your scheduled appointment via our client portal. Please understand it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time. You are always welcome to call/email us to double check any appointments if you are unsure. Repeated missed appointments without notice will not be tolerated and unable to be rescheduled, at our discretion.

Pricing:

Price Menu listed are base prices. Please note that these prices are subject to change. All brides MUST purchase the Bridal Package, and are then welcome to add on a la carte, as necessary. Bridal previews are required, and the base package may not be altered or changed in any way.


Lateness:

To ensure we give the best experience possible we kindly request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you are running late, please call ahead. Late arrivals may not be able to be accommodated as you may not have time to complete the whole service. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late for your scheduled appointment, we may request that you reschedule your services as a courtesy to our guests booking after you.


Adjustment/Refund Policy:

Refunds are not issued on makeup services, under any circumstance. The only time a refund is issued is if there is a cancellation on behalf of the artist.
